Bilingual Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a bilingual Administrative Assistant with basic to intermediate CRM experience to support daily operations and client management for our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer databases in CRM systems
- Coordinate meetings and appointments with potential clients
- Create and maintain administrative documents in Spanish and English
- Follow up on leads and business opportunities
- Support communication with international clients
- Generate basic activity and metrics reports
- Manage team calendars and tasks
Requirements:
- Native Spanish and intermediate-advanced English (REQUIRED)
- Basic to intermediate experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organization and time management capabilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Previous experience in administrative roles (preferred)
