Frequently Asked Questions

We answer the most common questions about our software services

Web apps, mobile apps, desktop software, customer-facing sites and internal tools. Some projects replace a spreadsheet; others are the product your customers use every day. If it has to be built rather than bought off the shelf, it fits.

We build around what already works instead of ripping it out. Most projects connect to your existing CRM, spreadsheets, or accounting software through APIs, rather than replacing them outright.

You do. Once the project is paid for, the source code and rights to the system are yours, not licensed back to you month to month.

It depends on scope. A single internal tool can ship in a few weeks; a system that touches several departments takes longer. We scope the timeline with you before any work starts, not after.

We map your current process, agree on scope, and start building. You'll have a working piece to click through, not a mockup, within the first few weeks.

You contact us directly, not a ticket queue. Response time depends on your support agreement, but critical issues in a live system get priority over new feature work.

Systems get maintained, not frozen. We build with room to adjust rules, add steps, or connect a new tool later, and quote changes as they come up rather than locking you into the original spec.

No. We hand over documentation and training so your team can use the system day to day. Having an in-house technical contact helps for bigger changes later, but it's not required to get started.

Yes. You're not locked into using us for support. The code is yours, built with standard tools, so your own developers, or another team, can pick it up without starting over.

We write documentation as we build, not after: what each part does, how to change it, how to run it. When the project wraps, you get that plus a walkthrough with your team.

Access to the systems we're connecting to, and someone who can explain how the process actually works today. That's usually it. We don't need a dedicated project manager on your side.

Yes. Plenty of engagements start as one tool solving one bottleneck. If it proves useful, we scope the next piece from there instead of committing to a full system upfront.
